Today we are back at Liberty Park; join us for team brick workout (bike/run)! This will be a great ride for both beginners and advanced riders. The course is nice and flat for beginners, and can be fast and challenging for more advanced riders. Total workout time will be around 1.5-2.0 hours, including stretching. Arrive by 7:15 am to set up your bike; wheels down and rolling by 7:30 am. ALL LEVELS OF RIDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO JOIN US!!! Bring your running shoes so you can run after the ride. The run portion of the workout will leave from the park immediately following the ride.
Liberty Park has restrooms and water fountains and some parking. It connects directly to the San Garbiel River Trail.
