Join us for another fun team workout! This will be a great ride for both beginners and advanced riders. The course is nice and flat for beginners, and can be fast and challenging for more advanced riders. Total workout time will be around 2 hours including stretching. Try to get there by 7:45 am to set up your bike so we can start riding by 8 am. Right after the bike ride we’ll go for a nice 20 minute jog.
