This bike-focused practice for the Tri Gladiators will begin with a fix a flat and group cycling etiquette clinic. We’ll also practice basic bike handling skills. Afterwards, we will split into our Elite and Development groups for an aerobic bike ride. The Elite group will complete 15-20 miles, whereas the Development Group will cycle 10-15 miles on the nearby bike path. The practice will end with group stretching.
