While I keep a core schedule, my hours are largely determined by you. Please contact me to inquire about my availability.
We are always adding new training times and locations. - Swim workouts every Monday and Wednesday night at Silverado Park in Long Beach, CA. A beautiful in-door swim facility with 6 wide lines. The pool is 25 meters in length. Workouts are from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
- Biking Class held every Wednesday from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Silverado Park in Long Beach, CA. (see PROGRAMS for full class detail).
- Strength Training/Boot Camp class is held every Wednesday from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Silverado Park in Long Beach, CA (see PROGRAMS fro full class detail).
- Triathlon Training Team Annual Membership Events – See detailed calendar under PROGRAMS.
- Ocean Clinics - May through August 2016, TBD (locations will vary between open ocean and bay swims).
